The timescales for a typical motoring matter range from 6 weeks to 6 months, with factors such as the stage of the proceedings, whether it will be a guilty not guilty, Special Reasons or Hardship Arguments.
The prices below are a guide and are dependent upon a number of factors which may include:
- The type of offence
- The Complexities of Arguments being put forward
- Whether you are pleading guilty or Not guilty
- The preparation time required
- Whether the use of experts will be required

Totting Up – Exceptional Hardship Argument
